Recently, I've been working and staying at home every day, and there's nothing new. The only highlight is that my best friend's wedding date has been set, and I'm super happy and excited.
Daily Life#
Wild Strawberries#
We ran out of coffee beans at home, so I opened JD.com and saw wild strawberries recommended on the homepage. I've seen recommendations for wild strawberries on Xiaohongshu, and everyone's reviews are also very good, so I placed an order directly. It arrived the next day, and when I looked at it, it was already two weeks from the baking date, so I opened the bag directly. I was really looking forward to it, but I didn't expect it to be very sour and astringent. After drinking it for two weeks, the taste finally improved. The seller recommends brewing for 3 weeks, but personally, I feel like it should be at least 4 weeks. Anyway, it needs to be brewed for a longer time.
Opening iCloud in a Different Region#

- Register for an Apple ID in a different region.
- Purchase Apple gift cards in a different region from https://www.oyunfor.com/.
- Use PAYTR for payment. You will need a VPN, but when you have selected and confirmed the payment, you need to turn off the VPN when it redirects.
- After completing the payment, do not close the security check page. Wait for it to automatically refresh and redirect, which takes about 30 minutes.
- You will receive an email notification with the gift card redemption code.
- Then you can redeem the gift card and activate iCloud services.
A friend suddenly asked if there were any discounts for iCloud, so after researching for a morning, I activated iCloud services in a different region. It's a 2 TB storage plan, and when shared among 4 people, it's only 10/month per person.
Learning#
CS50x#
I completed the CS50x course intermittently, taking over 100 hours and 14 weeks.
I learned many things that I hadn't learned in school. The course explanations were clear, and the labs and problem sets gradually became more challenging, but they didn't discourage me. With the help of hints, I completed them step by step and felt a great sense of accomplishment.
